Market data displayed on the Platform (including share prices, exchange rates, and market indices) may be delayed by up to 20 minutes or longer and may not reflect current market conditions. Your reliance on any information, calculation, projection, or AI output from the Platform
Any investment, financial, or tax decision you make
Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content or AI-generated outputs
Unauthorised access to your account or data
Platform downtime, data loss, or technical failures
Changes in legislation, market conditions, or economic circumstances

This limitation applies regardless of whether the loss was foreseeable and whether we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
